NCR Carbonless Paper in Kenya
NCR (No Carbon Required) paper transfers writing from the top sheet to the sheets below through microcapsules of dye that burst under pen pressure. It replaced messy carbon paper for invoice books, receipt books and delivery notes.
Understanding the parts
A 2-part set is white over pink: one copy for the customer, one for your records. A 3-part set adds yellow or green for a third copy, typically for accounts or the driver. Sheets must be kept in order — CB (coated back) on top, CFB (coated front and back) in the middle, CF (coated front) at the bottom.
