1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, or placing an order on supplies.printshop.ke(the “Website”), operated by PrintShopKE Paper Supplies (“we”, “us”, “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”), our Privacy Policy, and our Returns & Refunds Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Website.

You must be at least 18 years of age, or have obtained the consent of a parent or legal guardian, to place an order. By placing an order you represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

2. About Us

PrintShopKE Paper Supplies is the paper products division of PrintShopKE (www.printshop.co.ke), a printing services company registered and operating in Kenya. Our physical address is Royal Plaza, 2nd Floor, Room C4, Kirinyaga Road, Nairobi.

3. Products & Pricing

• All prices displayed on the Website are quoted in Kenyan Shillings (KES) and are inclusive of 16 % VAT as required under Kenyan law.
• We supply office copy paper, art paper, cardstock, bond paper, kraft paper, NCR/carbonless paper, photo paper, specialty and transfer paper, newsprint, envelopes, and stationery.
• Product descriptions, images, weights, and GSM ratings are provided in good faith. Minor variations in colour or texture may occur between batches from the manufacturer and do not constitute a defect.
• We reserve the right to modify pricing, discontinue products, or correct pricing errors at any time without prior notice. If an error affects an order you have already paid for, we will notify you and offer a full refund or the option to proceed at the corrected price.
• Promotional or discounted prices apply only during the stated promotion period and are subject to stock availability.

4. Ordering Process

1. Browse and add products to your cart.
2. Proceed to checkout and provide accurate delivery details including your county, town, and phone number.
3. Select a payment method and complete payment. Your order is confirmed only once we receive cleared funds.
4. You will receive an order confirmation via email and/or SMS. This confirmation constitutes our acceptance of your order and forms a binding contract.
5. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order where fraud is suspected, stock is unavailable, or the delivery address cannot be serviced.

5. Payment

We accept the following payment methods via our payment gateway partner, iPay Africa:

• M-Pesa— Lipa Na M-Pesa (STK push or paybill)
• Airtel Money
• Visa and Mastercard (credit and debit cards)

Payment is due at the time of order. We do not store your card details; all card transactions are handled securely by iPay Africa in compliance with PCI-DSS standards. M-Pesa and Airtel Money transactions are confirmed in real time via Safaricom and Airtel APIs.

6. Delivery

We deliver to all 47 counties in Kenya. Delivery fees and timelines are as follows:

• Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by weather, public holidays, or logistical constraints, particularly for remote areas.
• You are responsible for providing a correct and accessible delivery address. Additional charges may apply for re-delivery attempts caused by incorrect address information or the recipient being unavailable.
• Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery. Please inspect your package immediately and report any damage within 24 hours.

7. Returns & Refunds

Returns are governed by our Returns & Refunds Policy. In summary:

• You may return unused, unopened products in their original sealed packaging within 7 days of delivery.
• Opened reams, custom-cut paper, and items damaged by the customer after delivery are non-returnable.
• Approved refunds are processed within 3–5 business days to the original payment method (M-Pesa reversal or card refund).
• If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery and we will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.

8. Account & Security

You may create an account to track orders and save delivery details. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Notify us immediately at orders@printshop.ke if you suspect unauthorized access.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this Website — including text, graphics, logos, product images, and software — is the property of PrintShopKE or its licensors and is protected by Kenyan and international intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content without our prior written consent.

Third-party brand names and product names (e.g., Typek, Double A, Rotatrim, HP, Conqueror) are trademarks of their respective owners and are used on this Website for identification purposes only.

10. Limitation of Liability

• To the maximum extent permitted by Kenyan law, PrintShopKE Paper Supplies, its directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Website or from any products purchased.
• Our total aggregate liability for any claim relating to a purchase shall not exceed the amount you paid for that specific order.
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the Website. Temporary downtime may occur for maintenance or due to circumstances beyond our control.
• Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PrintShopKE Paper Supplies and its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, or damages (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, misuse of the Website, or violation of any applicable law.

12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Kenya. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kenya.

13. Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute, we encourage you to contact us first so we can attempt to resolve the matter informally. If an informal resolution is not reached within 30 days, either party may refer the matter to mediation under the Nairobi Centre for International Arbitration (NCIA) rules before pursuing court proceedings. Each party shall bear its own costs of mediation.

14. Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations where such failure or delay results from events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, pandemics, strikes, or disruptions to transport or telecommunications networks.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The revised version will be posted on this page with an updated “Last updated” date. Continued use of the Website after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We recommend reviewing this page periodically.

16. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
